Claire Saxby writes award-winning fiction, non-fiction and poetry for young people. Her work aims to engage, entertain, inform and encourage curiosity. Claire’s work is published in Australia and internationally. Her recent books include Tasmanian Devil (illustrated by Max Hamilton), The Wearing of the Green (ARA Historical Novel Prize Shortlist 2022), and Iceberg (illustrated by Jess Rackyleft), the CBCA Picture Book of the Year in 2022.
