Some public libraries are updating how you log in to StoryBox Hub using your library card.
If you're already logged in to our website or app, you don’t need to do anything.
When you log in via your public library, you may be asked to use the same PIN or password that you use for your library catalogue instead of your StoryBox password.
If your StoryBox password no longer works, try your library password. If that works, it will be your password for all future web and app logins.
If you're unsure what your library password is, your library can help you reset it.
If you need any other assistance, you can find more information about specific error messages here, or contact our support team.
If your local public library subscribes to StoryBox Hub, you can create a free account for personal use using your library card number. How you log in varies slightly depending on how your library's account is set up, but the steps are very similar:
Web version:![]() | App version:![]() |
Web version:![]() | ![]() | App version:![]() | ![]() |
The StoryBox app is available for mobiles and tablets from both the Apple and Google Play stores.
It requires an internet connection and active subscription via your library card in order to be able to watch our stories from within the app.
