All kids can learn about how to take care of the environment and natural surrounds from a young age. Keep Australia Beautiful Week (22-28 August) is a long-running campaign which encourages all Australians to pick up their litter, work together to treat our natural resources with care, and support the sustainability and beauty of this country.
Educators, librarians and parents can support kids in watching stories from our collection, to learn about what being eco-friendly means, why it’s important, and the small things children can do everyday to be eco-warriors. Watch stories from our list below, and explore more in our Environment series.
