Troubleshooting for schools that can't access our login page

If you're seeing an error message like this when you click the LOG IN button on our website:

"Hmmm... can't reach this page. It looks like the webpage at https://auth.storyboxhub.com/oauth/authorize?... might be having issues or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED"

It means that our subdomains need to be whitelisted on your school network by your IT team. Please lodge a request for the below to be whitelisted:

*.storyboxhub.com

Education Queensland (EQ) schools need to individually request this unblocking. (EQ has advised us that because StoryBox Hub is not used by every single EQ school they cannot unblock it at a state level.) The steps for this are as follows:

  1. Sign in with your EQ credentials at this Department website.
  2. Lodge a request to have *.storyboxhub.com whitelisted on your school's network so you can access the service you are paying for.
  3. It can take up to a week for the whitelisting to be processed. If you have any questions about this process or need to speak to someone to follow up your request, please contact the EQ IT Service Centre.
