Read-Along: Tree: A Little Story About Big Things
Henry is a small sapling who grows into a big strong tree under the protection of an even bigger and stronger tree.
But then comes the longest night with drenching waters and howling winds, and the biggest and strongest tree falls.
Henry is alone and his heart is hollow until he hears the small voice of a new sapling growing amongst his strong roots.
Written and narrated by Danny Parker, with illustrations and music by Matt Ottley. Music performed by the Czech Studio Orchestra, Prague.
Tree: A little Story About Big Things was the very first story in The Sound of Picture Books series and includes original music composed by Matt Ottley for string quintet and piano.
