We're excited to share with you that StoryBox is introducing something special—our Read-Along version of Let's Talk About Body Boundaries, Consent & Respect.

With the Read-Along version, kids can follow the story both with their eyes and their ears. As they listen to the fun narration, they’ll also see the words appear on screen in a simplified way, helping them connect spoken words to text. N.B. the read-along captions will appear for the book section of the video only.

Everyone has a body boundary and everyone’s body boundary needs to be respected.

This engaging and beautifully illustrated story will spark empowering conversations around body boundaries, consent and respect. Written in a child-friendly and easily understood manner, the text offers familiar scenarios for children to engage with and discuss.

We know that teaching young children about body boundaries, both theirs and others, is crucial to a child's growing sense of self, their confidence and how they should expect to be treated by others. Children will learn that they have a right to their own personal space but just as importantly, they need to respect another’s body boundary and ask for consent when entering their personal space.
